Kawakawa (Macropiper excelsum), a New Zealand native leaf, is one of the most prominent native plants in Māori medicine.
Kawakawa being similar to Anise Myrtle (Syzygium anisatum) and Lemon Myrtle (Backhousia citriodora) is known for its anti- inflammatory properties. The NZ Kawakawa leaf also assists the liver, tummy, toothache, detox and many more ailments.
We have blended this special rongoa with a light Lemon & Lime syrup. Great source of vitamin C, with no added colour or flavours this is your essential go too for wellbeing. Super refreshing and will leave a special tingle within your senses.

Atutahi Kumarahou Lemon & Lime drinks
Kumarahou (Pomaderris kumeraho) is a highly acknowledged rongoa for Māori and very similar to the Australian Mullein (Verbascum thapsus) leaf.
Traditionally used by Māori as treatment for several conditions, in particular the lungs, clearing up respiratory congestion due to it's ability to expel mucus from the body.

Atutahi Horopito Blackcurrant & Boysenberry drinks
Leaves of the Horopito (Pseudowintera colorata) tree were traditionally used by the Māori to treat stomach pain and many other ailments.
The biologically active constituent of Horopito is known as polygodial which has been shown to exhibit significant antifungal and antibacterial activity. Like the Australian Gumbi Gumbi (Pittosporum angustifolium) leaf our Horopito Blackcurrant & Boysenberry drink is the botanical super food in a bottle.
